The Law Offices of Timothy D. Widman was founded in 2010 by Timothy D. Widman, a graduate of Vassar College and Tulane University Law School. Mr. Widman is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. He is a longstanding member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is a former Chair of the AILA Santa Clara Valley Chapter. He has served on AILA’s Ethics Committee and written articles in the areas of immigration law, as well as been a presenter at immigration conferences and a speaker at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars and workshops. His past service to the Santa Clara County Bar Association (SCCBA) includes being a Chair of the SCCBA Fee Arbitration Executive Committee and a volunteer fee arbitrator.
